Here you can find some interesting FREE tools developed by D-Bross. Using them you should follow this license agreement except something other is stated for any of them.

We have made counters to count how frequent each ot these files are downloaded.

	D-Voicer (207 KB)	D-Voicer is a Voice Over IP (VoIP) application suitable for the Internet and LAN. Light-weight and fast it helps you when you want to talk to your friends or business partners. All conversations are free. Yes, the application is free, the conversations are also free. We give it for free.
	UPnP Gateway Traffic Monitor (183 KB)	UPnP Gateway Traffic Monitor looks for an UPnP compatible gateway in the network and then constantly displays the traffic that goes through it.
	Whois (180 KB)	This is a Whois database query tool. It is used to find who owns a domain, and other relevent information.
	SSHProxy (36 KB)	SSH Proxy - A full-featured SOCKS Proxy that can make connection through HTTP-S Proxy.
	Cyr95NT (85 KB)	Windows 95 / 98 / NT / 2000 / XP does not support Phonetic Keyboard Layout in Bulgarian. Now with this program you can type on both Bulgarian layouts - Phonetic and BDS. This program does not install or change fonts on the computer. The only thing it does is to add phonetic keyboard layout support.
	HTMLEdit (237 KB)	This is a light weight HTML editor with syntax coloring, preview, options to change syntax coloring colors and tags. HTMLEdit does not reformat or edit your HTML code in any way. Your HTML code stays what you have typed.
	Sockter (258 KB)	This is a network tool for programmers. With Sockter you can make TCP connections and experiment with Internet protocols such as HTTP, IRC, POP3, IMAP4, Telnet and etc. There are included some template HTTP and IRC requests. If you are a programmer, and you work with internet protocols, or you are just curious - download and try this free cool-tool.
	ICQSend (240 KB)	This program sends messages directly to the ICQ user's computers.
	ViewAllWindows (164 KB)	This tool shows a list of all windows (including hidden ones) in the system and you may minimize, maximize, restore, show and hide them. It's very useful when you want to manage window states especially on hidden windows.
	countL (19 KB)	This tool counts the number of lines in files. It's very useful when counting how many lines of code you have in a project.
	ShutDown (101 KB)	This tool allows you to restart or reboot Windows NT Workstation and Server, Windows 2000 and Windows XP computers remotely. It works through the network. You don't need to install any software on the computers you want to restart or reboot. But you have to be logged in via Windows Explorer using user-name which grants you administrative privileges on that computer. It is very useful especially for network administrators.
	Dos2Win (170 KB)	There is a problem when you want to use your old documents written in Bulgarian on old DOS text writers in Windows text writers. This program converts text from DOS coding to Windows coding and vice versa. In addition, this program can also convert Linux text files to Windows and vice versa.
