Support Engineer

D-Bross is expanding its business and is looking for a talented and self motivated Support Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Manage global server infrastructure (server setup, server monitoring, infrastructure planning).
• Technical support (technical customer support by email, chat and phone, available in case of emergencies).
• Testing of releases and bug research (in-depth testing of software and website prior to release, research problems and identify bugs).

Requirements

• Fluent English – read, write and speak.
• Must understand corporate networks, proxy servers, firewalls, browser settings.
• Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in managing Windows servers, maintaining databases, remote server management.
• Must be able to ensure total server security.
• The candidate should have good service attitude and care about customers problems and must be a diligent and dedicated professional.
